‘Myōfū no Mukashi’ is a matcha favored by Grand Master Jimyōsai of the Omotesenke tradition, at the Fushinan teahouse.

"Omotesenke" is one of the primary schools of the Japanese tea ceremony.

"Fushinan" is the name of a teahouse.

"Jimyōsai" is the title of the Grand Master of the Omotesenke school.
